Preparation

BEFORE START

Before You Begin

This guide requires a browser, a secure place to save your login details, and the device you plan to use with VPNRK. Account, payment, and subscription management are handled in the user panel. The marketing pages do not provide static installers or expose personal subscription links. Get the client from the download section after signing in to avoid choosing the wrong platform and to make future reinstalls easier.

We recommend completing the full process on your primary device first and confirming that the connection works before setting up other devices. VPNRK supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with unlimited simultaneous devices, so there is no need to create separate accounts. Multiple devices can use the active subscription on the same account, but keep the subscription link as account credentials and out of public documents, group-chat screenshots, and shared notes.

This guide takes you through your first connection. Route types, split tunneling, routing rules, and long-term maintenance are advanced topics covered in the Complete Beginner-to-Advanced Guide. For your first setup, keep the client defaults unchanged to make troubleshooting easier.

Account

ACCOUNT

Create an Account and Open the Panel

Open the VPNRK registration page, enter the username you plan to keep using, and set a unique password. Registration does not require an email address; your username and password are the main credentials for accessing the user panel. Check the username carefully before submitting the form. Once registration succeeds, the user panel will show your account overview, client downloads, and plan options.

If your browser does not open the panel automatically, return to the login page and sign in with the username and password you just set. Do not create accounts repeatedly on different pages, as plans and subscriptions could end up under separate accounts and become difficult to track. After signing in, confirm that the account shown at the top of the page is yours before choosing a plan.

Use your VPNRK password only for VPNRK and store it in a trusted password manager. Because registration does not rely on an email address, fewer self-service recovery options may be available if you forget your username or password. Save your credentials carefully when creating the account. Once this step is complete, stay in the panel and continue to plan selection.

Plans

PLAN

Choose a Plan and Place Your Order

Open the Plans section in the user panel and decide between a monthly subscription and a data package based on how you use the service. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. If you expect consistent monthly use, start with the tier closest to your needs instead of choosing the highest tier for occasional spikes.

For irregular usage, consider the never-expiring data packages: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Data packages suit usage-based management, while monthly subscriptions suit ongoing connections. If you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Before choosing, confirm the plan name, data allowance, and billing method on the page, then review the order.

The order confirmation page supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Choose an available payment method, follow the panel instructions, and check the order or account overview afterward. Do not submit the same order repeatedly. If the status does not update promptly, check the order history in the panel first, then visit the Help Center under billing and refunds. VPNRK offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund; see the Refund Policy for the applicable details.

Subscription

SUBSCRIPTION

Get Your Subscription in the User Panel

Once the order is active, open the account overview in the user panel. Find the subscription section, which provides a personal subscription entry for importing into a client. Click Copy, but do not paste the contents into a browser address bar or try to open them directly. The link is meant for the client to read route configuration, not for ordinary web browsing.

A real subscription link contains account-specific identification information and should be protected like a password. This guide uses an obviously fake value to show its format. Example:

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

The address above cannot connect to VPNRK, and you should not modify its fields and try to use it. For actual setup, return to the user panel after signing in and copy your own link. If the subscription entry is not yet visible in the overview, check that the plan is active and refresh the panel. If it still does not appear, submit an issue through the panel ticket system instead of borrowing a subscription link from another user.

After copying the link, keep the panel signed in. Next, choose your current operating system from the client download section. When setting up another device, follow the same order: sign in to the panel, get the appropriate client, copy your own subscription, and import it on the new device.

Import

CLIENT IMPORT

Import into Clients on Each Platform

Choose your operating system in the client download section of the user panel, then get the VPNRK client using the method shown there. After installing and opening it, give the copied subscription to the client to read. Permissions and menu locations vary by platform, but a route list should appear after import. If the list is empty, update the subscription first instead of creating multiple duplicate configurations.

Windows Client

Desktop Client · Import from the Subscription Menu

Select Windows in the user panel and get the corresponding VPNRK desktop client. After installation, open the client and find the subscription management option in the main interface or sidebar. Choose import from clipboard or add subscription, then paste the personal subscription copied from the panel. Save it, run an update, and wait for the client to load the route names.

After the route list appears, keep the default proxy mode and avoid changing system proxy settings, routing rules, and protocol options at the same time. Windows may request system permission the first time you connect. Confirm the application name and follow the system prompt. Then continue to the connection verification steps in this guide.

Get the Client

macOS Client

Desktop Client · Allow Network Configuration

Select macOS in the panel and use the entry provided on the current page to get the compatible client. Open it, go to subscription or configuration management, choose Add Remote Subscription, paste your personal subscription link into the URL field, and save it. Then click Update so the client can generate selectable routes from the subscription.

The first connection may require macOS to approve network configuration. Complete the authorization in the system dialog, then return to the client and check its connection status. If nothing changes after clicking Connect, check whether the authorization dialog is hidden behind another window. Do not immediately delete a subscription that imported successfully.

Get the Client

Android Client

Mobile Client · Paste and Update the Subscription

Select Android in the user panel and get the client from the download section after signing in. Open subscription management after installation and use the paste-to-import option to add your personal subscription. Some interfaces first ask for a recognizable name. You can use “VPNRK” or the device purpose, then save and update the routes.

When you start the first connection, Android displays a network connection permission dialog. Confirm it, return to the client, choose a route, and turn on the connection switch. If the system enforces strict background limits, switching apps may pause the connection. The Help Center covers related fixes; this page focuses on completing the first connection.

Get the Client

iOS Client

Mobile Client · Import as Directed by the Panel

Select iOS in the user panel and review the currently available client and access instructions. After installation, copy your personal subscription from the panel again. In the client, open Add Subscription or Import from Link, paste the link, and save it. After a successful update, the client should show all routes included in the subscription rather than an empty configuration.

The first connection triggers an iOS network configuration confirmation. Follow the system prompt to authorize it, then return to the client, choose a route, and start the connection. Do not paste the subscription link into an unfamiliar website or share it in a screenshot. To use it on another Apple device, sign in to the panel on that device and copy the link again.

Connection

CONNECT

Choose a Route and Verify It Works

After updating the subscription, choose an exit region based on the service you want to access. VPNRK covers 110+ countries and 210+ routes, so you do not need to test every route on your first use. Start with a nearby route whose name is clear; for region-specific content, choose an exit matching the target region. IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct routes indicate different connection paths. On your first connection, choose based on what works rather than studying every difference immediately.

Start the connection after selecting a route and wait until the client clearly shows Connected before opening your browser. Test it with a website or service you normally use: a page that loads normally, a session that stays signed in, and uninterrupted basic actions indicate that the connection is working. Do not rely only on the color of the client switch, and do not switch rapidly between routes before the connection is complete.

If a page does not load as expected, disconnect first, update the subscription once, and try another route in the same region. If the issue continues, check that the device time is correct, that the client is not loading duplicate subscriptions, and that the default proxy mode is restored temporarily. For more detailed troubleshooting categories, app routing, and network conflict guidance, visit the Help Center so the first-use flow stays focused.

Maintenance

DAILY USE

Update the Subscription and Use It Daily

After the first successful connection, daily use takes three actions: open the client, choose a suitable route, and start the connection. If route names change or the current route stops working, click Update Subscription so the client rereads the route configuration from the panel. Updating does not require placing a new order or creating another account.

Do not export the subscription as a public file or post client screenshots containing the subscription link in public spaces. If you suspect someone has seen the link, stop sharing it, sign in to the user panel, review the subscription management options, and describe the situation in a support ticket. VPNRK’s no-logs policy is part of its privacy approach, but local account credentials and subscription links still need to be protected by the user.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades prorate the price difference against the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. When you need to renew or adjust your usage, return to the Plans page to review the options available for the account instead of paying again through an old order page. On multiple devices, get the compatible client from the panel on each device and import the active subscription under the same account.
