ACCOUNT & SUBSCRIPTION

Account & subscriptions

Handle registration, subscription access, updates and device changes. For most import issues, start by checking the current subscription entry in the user panel.

Do I need an email address to register for VPNRK?
No email address is required. Register with a username and password. Save both credentials securely and avoid staying signed in on shared devices. If you forget your login details, there may be very little information available to verify the account, so store your credentials in a trusted password manager after registering.
Where can I find my subscription after purchase?
Sign in to the user panel and check the account overview or subscription section for your current service details. Then open the download area to get the client and import option for your platform. Your subscription is an account credential, so do not post the link in public chats, screenshots or shared documents.
How do I update my subscription link?
Find the current subscription in your client and run an update or refresh. If the route list does not change, close and reopen the client, then copy the subscription from the user panel and import it again. You can delete an expired old subscription before reimporting, but do not remove local routing rules that are still in use.
Do I need to purchase again after changing devices?
You do not need to purchase again when changing devices. VPNRK supports unlimited simultaneous devices across Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Sign in to the user panel on the new device, get the appropriate client and import your existing subscription. When retiring the old device, also clear any saved subscription from it.
Can I share my subscription link with someone else?
A subscription link is an account connection credential and should not be shared publicly. Once it appears in a group chat, public document or uncontrolled sync tool, other devices may import the same subscription. If you notice anything unusual, stop distributing the old link and describe the situation in a ticket through the user panel.

CONNECTION & TROUBLESHOOTING

Connections & troubleshooting

First determine whether the issue is with the local network, client, subscription or a single app. Change only one setting at a time so you can identify what actually helped.

What should I check first when the client cannot connect?
First confirm that your local network can open ordinary websites. Then update the subscription and try another route. Check that the client's system proxy or tunnel switch is enabled, and temporarily quit other network tools that also modify proxy settings. If the issue remains, restart the client, keep the error text and submit it in a ticket.
Why does only one app fail to use the proxy?
This is usually related to the client mode, routing rules or the app's network implementation. Switch the client to a more comprehensive connection mode for comparison. If the app then works, check whether the existing rules set that app or its target domain to direct connection. Restart the affected app after making changes so it does not reuse an old connection.
Why are no routes visible after importing the subscription?
First confirm that you imported the subscription entry currently shown in the user panel, rather than old text saved by your browser. Run a subscription update in the client and check for parsing or network errors. If the list is still empty, delete the empty subscription and import it again. When submitting a ticket, include the client platform and error text, but never include the complete subscription link.
What if websites still show my previous exit after connecting?
Confirm that the client's connection switch has taken effect, and check whether your browser or target app is bypassing the system proxy. Fully quit and reopen the target program so it does not keep using an existing path. If the client offers rule and global modes, switch temporarily for comparison, then return to the routing settings suited to everyday use.
What should I do if the client stops working after a system update?
A system update may reset network permissions, tunnel permissions or background-running settings. Reopen the client and confirm that the relevant permissions are still active, then update the subscription, select another route and test again. If the client itself will not start, download the client for your platform again from the user panel. Do not use installation files from unknown sources.

SPEED & ROUTES

Speed & routes

Choose the exit region first, then consider route type and current network performance. Different apps have different requirements for connection continuity, region and routing rules.

How should I handle slowdowns during peak hours?
Pause bandwidth-heavy syncing, downloads and cloud backups first. Then update the subscription and compare different route types in the same region. If the target service is not region-specific, test a nearby region as well. Test websites, video and file transfers separately so you do not judge the issue from one app's brief performance.
How should I choose between IEPL, relay and direct routes?
Choose the exit region based on the target service first, then compare route types. IEPL dedicated routes suit situations where cross-border link stability is the priority. Relay routes connect to the exit through an optimized intermediate path. Direct routes are more straightforward, but their performance depends more on the local network and cross-border routing. Base the final choice on tests from your current network.
Which regions and routes does VPNRK cover?
VPNRK provides 110+ countries / 210+ routes. When looking for a route, first identify the region required by the target website or app, then compare cities and route types in the route list. The coverage figures describe the available range; they do not mean every app suits the same exit, and regional restrictions are still determined by the target service.
How should I choose a route when video or AI tools are unstable?
Start with a region commonly used or explicitly supported by the target service, then prioritize connection continuity instead of switching exits frequently. For video, check whether playback keeps buffering. For AI tools, check sign-in, long sessions and streaming responses. If a route behaves unexpectedly, update the subscription and compare another route in the same region.

BILLING & REFUNDS

Billing & refunds

Monthly subscriptions reset data on the activation date, while data packages are consumed as needed. Check order details in the user panel and continue communication through the same ticket.

What monthly subscription plans are available?
Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month with 60GB · ¥18/month with 250GB · ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date, and a mid-cycle upgrade applies the price difference to the remaining days. Choose based on your typical long-term usage rather than only the data needed for one download.
Do data packages expire?
Data packages remain valid until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. They are billed differently from monthly subscriptions, which reset each month, and suit people whose usage schedule varies and who prefer to consume data as needed. Confirm the selected type on the plans page before purchasing.
Which payment methods are supported?
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Select an available method in the user panel when placing an order, and follow the status shown on the order page. Do not create another order for the same request after payment. If the status does not update, keep the order details and submit a verification ticket through the user panel.
How do I request a refund?
VPNRK offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund. To request one, sign in to the user panel, open the ticket area, choose an order or billing issue, and provide the relevant order details and refund request. Keep the ticket record after submitting and add any necessary information to the same ticket instead of splitting one issue into multiple requests.
How is a mid-cycle plan upgrade calculated?
For a mid-cycle monthly upgrade, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before proceeding, verify the current plan, remaining status and target plan in the user panel, then submit the upgrade. If the page does not show the expected status, do not place another order; attach the order details to a ticket for verification.
